We are a professional corporation renowned throughout Virginia and North Carolina for our aggressive, thorough, and compassionate representation of those injured in nursing homes, hospitals, adult care centers, and military health care facilities. We have become particularly adept at representing those with traumatic brain injuries. Additionally, we successfully represent numerous persons injured in auto, truck and motorcycle accidents. We have developed a reputation for excellence and success throughout our combined 75 years trying cases in the state, federal, and military courts.
Our staff is complimented by a Registered Nurse with geriatric specialization, and we also boast a full-time Investigator. Our attorneys are members of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Nursing Home Litigation Group, and Professional Negligence and Motor Vehicle Collision sections. We are also members of the National Brain Injury Association, the National Citizens’ Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, and the Citizens’ Committee to Protect the Elderly. We are leaders of the Bar, both in our localities and statewide, speak regularly before civic and professional gatherings, and have published scholarly articles. Directions To Our Offices
From I-264-/Va. 44, Eastbound (toward oceanfront, from Norfolk):
- Exit at Lynnhaven Parkway North, Exit 19B (old exit 5B).
- At bottom of off-ramp, immediately move into the left lane of Lynnhaven Parkway.*
- At the first traffic light, turn left, onto South Lynnhaven Road.
- Follow South Lynnhaven Road around the curve. Our sign appears on the right.
- Turn right into our parking lot, just before the railroad tracks.
- *NOTE: if traffic is too heavy to move into the left-hand lane right away, follow Lynnhaven Parkway up to Virginia Beach Boulevard,
- turn left (west), and follow directions under "From Virginia Beach Boulevard".
From I-264-/Va. 44, Westbound (toward Norfolk, from oceanfront):
From Virginia Beach Boulevard:
- Go to North Lynnhaven Road (1st light east of Kings Grant, 3rd light west of Lynnhaven Parkway)
- Turn south (away from Farm Fresh/Hills) onto North Lynnhaven Road
- Follow North Lynnhaven Road nearly ½ mile, to railroad tracks.** Our sign appears on the left.
- Turn left into our parking lot, immediately after the railroad tracks.
- **NOTE: North and South Lynnhaven Roads are separated by the railroad tracks.
From Lynnhaven Parkway:
- Go toward Virginia Beach Boulevard / I-264/Va. 44.
- As you approach the I-264/Va. 44 intersection, get over into left-hand turn lane.
- Pass under the I-264/Va. 44 overpass.***
- Turn left onto South Lynnhaven Road (1st light immediately after the underpass)
- Follow South Lynnhaven Road around the curve. Our sign appears on the right.
- Turn right into our parking lot, just before the railroad tracks.
- ***NOTE: Go all the way up to and under I-264/Va. 44; do not turn onto South Lynnhaven Road at the McDonald’s which is before I-264/Va. 44 – this is not the 100 block of South Lynnhaven Road.
