Mr. Zydron is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals - 4th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States District Court - Eastern District of Virginia, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the several Courts of the State of North Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond in 1971, his Juris Doctorate from George Mason School of Law in 1977, and graduated from the United States Army Command and General Staff College in 1986.
Mr. Zydron is a former Judge Advocate General of the Virginia National Guard and retired as a Brigadier General after 32 1/2 years of service. He earned the U.S. Legion of Merit Medal, the Virginia National Guard Bronze Star, the U.S. Meritorious Service Medal, the U.S. Army Commendation Medal, and the U.S. Army Outstanding Achievement Medal. He is a former Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Norfolk, member of the National District Attorneys Association, and former President of the Chesapeake Bar Association.

Mrs. Six is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and North Carolina and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. Mrs. Six earned her B.A. from the University of Richmond in 1989 and her J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 1994.
As a litigator, Mrs. Six has obtained multiple multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts, including $7.5 million and $3.5 million settlements and a $3 million verdict in traumatic brain injury cases, as co-counsel.
Mrs. Six's practice also includes criminal defense and domestic relations. She previously served on the Virginia Beach Juvenile Drug Court Planning Initiative Team and the Virginia Public Defender Juvenile Law Study Committee.
